中国药科大学副研究员,海洋药学硕士生导师。中国药科大学微生物与生化药学专业,获博士学位。致力于探讨非编码RNA及其来源的新型微肽在疾病发生发展中的功能与机制,发现人体内源性微肽,并对其进行改造优化、提高成药性,开发成FIC多肽药物,为这些疾病的诊断和治疗提供了新的用药策略。长期从事抗肿瘤和抗类风湿等多肽新药的临床前研发工作,获得新药临床批件2件。曾在Signal Transduct Target Ther(IF:38.104)、J Am Chem Soc(IF:16.383)、Acta Pharm Sin B(14.903)、Mol Ther Nucleic Acids(IF:10.183)、Cell Death Dis(IF:9.685)和Oncogene(IF:8.756)等杂志发表多篇论文,第一作者累计影响因子为100分以上;申请中国发明专利两项,授权一项;获中国产学研合作创新成果奖二等奖、第六届江苏医药科技进步奖二等奖。
