中国药科大学生命科学与技术学院二级教授、博导。国家杰出青年基金获得者、国务院政府特殊津贴获得者、中科院百人计划获得者、新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、国务院突出贡献中青年专家、国家重点研发计划项目负责人、江苏省双创团队领军人才、中国药科大学兴药杰出科学家。现任中国病理生理学会蛋白质修饰与疾病专业委员会副主委、江苏省生物技术学会副理事长等

长期聚焦于发现并解析宿主模式识别受体的特异性识别、细胞信号转导关键通路的组成与动态变化、早期免疫应答反应的时空特性,阐释固有免疫与急性炎症相关的分子调控机制。特别关注泛素与类泛素化修饰调控固有免疫和炎症的新功能与新机制,并从天然小分子化合物库中筛选并研究调控相关通路的先导化合物。在NatureCellImmunityNature ImmunologyPNASAutophagyJournal of Cell BiologyCell ReportsPLOS PathogensMolecular and Cellular Biology等期刊发表研究论文100余篇,他引超过8000余次;主编《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》等著作。
